Diet Celery & Pepper Soup
An amazing soup to lose weight at around 35 calories per serve. If you want a bit of luxury add a dollop of Greek Yoghurt on top.

- .5 Bunch Celery Sticks (about5-6) Cut into small pieces
- 3 Cloves Fresh Garlic full Cloves
- 1 Low Carb Potato about 100g Cut into small pieces
- 1 Medium Brown Onion Cut into small pieces
- 2 Sprays Light Spay olive oil Or a dribble from a bottle
- 1 tspn Vinegar
- .5 tspn Ground Pepper
- 50 grams Natural Greek Yoghurt per serve Optional, ads 50 calories
- 1 Vegetable Stock Cube or Chicken if Vegetable isn't available.
Chop Celery, Onion and Potato (with skin) into small pieces
Place all ingredients except Greek Yoghurt into soup maker and fill with water until the maxium line in the soup maker.
Set soup maker to smooth.
When serving place dollop of Greek yoghurt into soup (in the bowl)
Sprinkle chopped up Parsley on top
When adding the Greek Yoghurt (which makes it amazing) the calories are increased to about 85.
Make sure you chop the celery into thin pieces to avoid long fibres in the soup.
